1. Paramatrix Technologies is Not suitable for experienced employees even if they are hiring you at a double salary compensation. Do rely on this company because it will ask you to leave on immediate basis.
2. Signing a 1 year bond is every time at the time of appraisals and at the time of joining.
3. In this pandemic they have not even paid their employees atleast 3 months of salary.
4. Very inrelaibale IT company.
5. I wonder how come this company projects itself as a Cmm level 5 organization.
6. Joining this company is a trap and a foolish decision of life
